About the product: The Eternal Rose is a paper flower with a unique design ideated to be the perfect Valentine's special gift. Designed to offer lasting beauty with minimal care, each rose is handmade to order, so slight variations in shape and colour are normal and part of its uniqueness. Size/Weight with Dome

20 cm height 11 cm width 0.55 kg Material Flower: Red and green high-quality Italian crepe paper (Cartotecnica Rossi), floral tape, wire.

Dome: Glass cloche with golden metal/plastic base (IKEA). Care The product has been sprayed with UV protection, but keep it away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure may cause colours to fade. Keep away from fire.

The glass dome limits dust accumulation, however, if cleaning is needed, use a hairdryer on gentle airflow and cold temperature. Do not use water or cleaning products. If you need help, feel free to reach out!

Returns & Refunds

Each rose is handmade to order and created specifically for your purchase.

For this reason, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, late, or faulty, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and the packaging. I will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.

Please note that slight variations in shape and colour are inherent to handmade items and will not be considered defects.

Shipping Each item is already assembled and packed with protective materials, including bubble wrap, to ensure safe transit. Packaging is functional and protective, not gift-ready, so if this is meant to be a gift, bear in mind that you would need to get a gift box or a ribbon.

Switzerland Orders within Switzerland are shipped from Switzerland via Fragile Tracked Priority Post  (1-2 days) Delivery costs are calculated at checkout (excluding local taxes).

Italy Italian orders are shipped from Italy to avoid customs delays. It will use Poste Delivery Express (PosteItaliane), tracked. Import VAT and any local charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility (2-4 days). Delivery costs are calculated at checkout (excluding local taxes). Rest of EU For the rest of Europe, it will also be sent from Italy with international Poste Delivery express, tracked, but it might take a bit longer and has a different price. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout (excluding local taxes). UK For this Valentine Special we are not shipping to the UK, as it's unsure how long it would take to pass through customs.

Local pickup (Ticino) Free local pickup is available in the Bellinzona and Lugano area from 10th to 14th of February. Pickup details will be shared after purchase when needed. UK/Rest of the World Shipping to non-EU destinations is unavailable for this Valentine’s release due to delivery timing constraints.

Pre-orders & delivery timing This item is available for pre-order; it means orders will be dispatched ONLY on 9 February, not before. Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination but are typically between 2-4 working days, expected (but not guaranteed) before Valentine's Day.
